Sunday morning, I created a retooled version of Sharyn’s Spinach Quiche for Nadine and Kendrick. It may perhaps search fairly, but.eh. I attempted to create it a touch healthier by skipping the cheese and replacing the heavy cream with light cream, and I left out the fried onions simply because I couldn’t obtain them in my supermarket, and all of those details had been negative tips. It was too spinach-y, and oddly textured, and considering that I utilized fewer ingredients, the filling did not fairly reach the best with the piecrust. Ah, properly.
